My customer wants to install a wireless transmission system for his main entry barrier but does not want the hassle of having to encode the fobs, is this possible?

Yes. The RX39-433 is a fixed code receiver, each TX39-E2/4 has a DiP switch that can be set to a unique code. This only requires encoding to the receiver once (during installation). Following this eac transmitter fob handed out to staff only requires the DiP switch setting to the same code.
