Open letter to our customer support team
As you know, CDVI prides itself with its personalised technical support, helping thousands of CDVI customers every year. From training opportunities to helping installers get the best out of our products, visiting and helping with site surveys, to providing accurate technical information to support and maintain any of our hundreds of products.
As the General Manager of CDVI UK with many previous experiences within the security and access control industry, I know how hard it can be to build a strong technical customer support able to accurately deal with our large customer database. Customer support is critical to the success of any business, and every one of our customers has unique needs and wants from their Access Control system.
Our customer support team is available via email, live webchat and phone with local phone numbers recently launched in Ireland and South Africa. The team is always ready to help our customers, from a bespoke quote for special projects to taking installers through advanced features in our Online Access Control system to make sure it meets the end users’ needs.
