This feature is available from Atrium Version 3. Please ask your installer which version you have.
My web browser is unresponsive. What should I do?
Ask your installer whether he has your Atrium set to DHCP or whether you have been given a fixed IP address.
Am I able to open a door using my smartphone?
Yes, you certainly can. Open any browser on your smartphone and enter the IP address in the navigation bar. The Atrium log-in screen will appear. Enter your login and password and click on ‘doors’. Open the door of your choice by selecting it and then clicking ‘Grant Access’.
